Description

The Pacific Regional Contracting Office-Korea (PRCO-K) at 65th MB/MEDDAC-K intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for Medical Courier Services at Medical Facilities in Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2016 (Base and Three option years). The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 492210. This solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/)on 17 February 2012. NOTE: Pursuant to the Status of Forces Agreement between the United States and the Republic of Korea, only Korean contractors will be eligible to receive this contract, unless the Contracting Officer determines that competitive bidding is not practical due to security considerations, to the technical qualifications of the contractors involved, to the unavailability of materials or services required by the United States standards, or to limitations of United States law.
