Description

Fencing IDIQ Synopsis The work includes, but is not limited to; furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to provide Fencing on all federal facilities on Guam. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238990 with a size standard of $14.0 MIL. The minimum guarantee is $10,000 for the life of the contract. The contract, when awarded is for a Base Period and Four Option Periods of 12 Months each. The contract type contemplated for this requirement is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract. Contract award would be based on Best Value using Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT) procedures. The Government may elect to award multiple IDIQ contracts under this solicitation. Solicitation issuance is tentatively scheduled for 5 March 2012. Interested firms must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be awarded any Federal contracts. All interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation. Prospective contractors are responsible to visit the site periodically for any changes/updates to the solicitation that may occur, as no paper copies would be issued. The information may be obtained from the website www.fedbizopps.gov.
