- SYNOPSIS Solicitation: AG-04R4-S-12-0007 NAICS: 561421 PSC: S113 Set-Aside: Unrestricted TITLE: After Hours Radio Dispatch and 24/7 Law Enforcement Radio Services The ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is February 28, 2012. Estimated Response Date: March 19, 2012 The objective of this project is to provide services for after-hours, holiday, weekend, and emergency radio coverage a fully operational facility by qualified personnel equipped to meet the Government's requirement of this schedule and specifications. Radio/ telephone coverage is required for responses to provide safety of agency employees in the field whose work schedules are outside of the Government's Dispatch Center(s) regular business hours. Government Dispatch Centers cover lands managed by the Siuslaw National Forest, Willamette National Forest, and Eugene District Bureau of Land Management. Because we currently have invested in infrastructure and mountain top repeaters we are able to utilize Forest Service Law Enforcement frequencies to dispatch officers within all nine counties, from one dispatch center. The selected dispatch center must have police dispatching capability, including access to: National Crime Data Base, (NCIC), State of Oregon Criminal Data Base, (LEDS), and access to DMV records, including registered owners of vehicles and drivers license information. The dispatch center must have the capability to access secure warrant information within multiple Judicial districts. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, material, equipment, labor, services, transportation (except those items listed as Government-Furnished), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications, which will be referenced in the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is one year (with a follow-on announcement for an additional base, plus four optional years). The initial one year contract has an effective date of the notice to proceed; the estimated start work date is July 1, 2012. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
