Applicable to: F-110Delivery: On or before 29 August 2014 Destn: To FMS country DTK002.History: Last purchase was 6 August 2010 to General Electric Company oncontract FA8122-09-G-0001-UN55. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit acapability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be consideredby the agency. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s)on the source control drawing. Suitable technical data, government datarights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permitacquisitions from other source(s). Currently, General Electric Company(Cage 07482) is the only known sources that can satisfy the Governmentrequirements. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concernsfrom offers or potential offerors during the proposal development phaseof this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminishthe authority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
