Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source service contract with EBSCO Publishing, a part of the EBSCO Information Services group. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with EBSCO Publishing for online access to the Cumulative Index of Nursing & Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) Plus database of nursing literature that will be made available to the St. Louis VA Medical Center and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
