Department of labor - Wage Determination Exhibit of Signs Schedule of Priced Items - Optional Items Schedule of Priced Items - Base Items RFQ# AG-82X9-S-12-0044 Task Order Requirements RFQ Cover Page The Government is acquiring vegetation management services to treat Mountain Pine Beetle caused mortality in conifer trees. This is intended to remove potential hazard trees from various locations as designated by the Forest Service. This is a Request For Quotations (RFQ) from Contractors under the BLM national IDIQ contract for Fuels Reduction. The contract contains the parent specifications, terms and conditions applicable to this RFQ and any resultant Task Order. This RFQ, and consequently the Task Order resulting from this RFQ, includes clarifications to the parent contract, as well as additional specifications relevant specifically to this project, "Canyon Lakes Recreation Site Hazard Tree Removal". Where possible, the paragraphs of this document include a reference to the corresponding parent contract. All applicable legal directives pertaining to this project are described in, Decision Memo, Mountain Pine Beetle Suppression, signed, February 19, 2009. This document details the implementation of hazardous fuel reduction treatments on approximately 250 acres of National Forest land. The documents are available at the Canyon Lakes Ranger District Office. The Canyon Lakes Recreation Site Hazard Tree Removal Project includes 92 acres of total treatment area (along with 14 optional acres), see Schedule of Items. Rights to salvage material will not be provided to the Contractor in the Canyon Lakes Recreation Site Hazard Tree Removal Project.
