Description
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE for NEW OUTPATIENT CLINIC VA seeks approximately 28,841 to 31,725 Net Useable Square Feet ("NUSF") in an existing building, plus 225 on-site parking spaces, within the city limits of Conroe, Texas for use as a VA outpatient clinic. The space must be contiguous. Special consideration for spaces in close proximity to existing hospitals, amenities, excess parking, ease of access to major highways and high visibility will be given. A lease term up to 20 years will be considered. Spaces within the following delineated area will be considered: Approximate boundaries for site location are: Northern Boundary: intersection of I-45 & FM3083 (Taos Road) Southern Boundary: Loop 336 and extending the boundary southerly from Loop 336 (South) to Texas 242 (College Park Drive) to include properties located no more than ½ mile on the west side of Interstate 45. Western Boundary: Loop 336. Eastern Boundary: TX Highway 75 from FM3083 at the northern boundary to Loop 336 (South) Interested Parties must submit information concerning their properties in writing, via e-mail, or via fax to the contact listed below not later than 5:00 P.M., PST, Friday, March 16, 2010.
