N6247312D0202 A&D Fire Sprinklers, Inc. (Santee, CA); N6247312D0203 Fed Con/South Bay Joint Venture(Camarillo,CA); N6247312D0204 Southwestern Dakotah, Inc. (Tucson, AZ); N6247312D0205 Western Fire Protection, Inc. (Poway, CA) The four firms listed above were each awarded a firm-fixed-price contract on a IDIQ MACC for new construction, repair, renovation and alteration of fire protection systems at various locations within the NAVFAC Southwest AOR, including but not limited to, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. This is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for fire protection system construction with no pre-established fixed contract prices. The actual amount of work to be performed and the time of such performance will be determined by the Contracting Officer or his/her properly authorized representative, who will issue written task orders to the Contractor. Award of the task order will be on a firm-fixed price basis. Maximum of $75,000,000 is for all contracts combined and will serve as the maximum/NTE amount of the entire contract period. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for up to two (2) 12-month periods by written notice to the Contractor within the performance period specified in the Schedule.
