- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SERVICES NONPERSONAL: MOVING SERVICES: When notified, furnish all labor, protective packing materials, protective building materials, tools and transportation necessary to safely complete office moves from several 108th Wing buildings located on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst into Hangar 33-22 (First and Second Floors). Those services are to include: all insurances, all necessary moving equipment ; all building protection ; adequate manpower to perform the relocation during two or more days (one day for the 108th Contingency Response Group and one day for 108th Security Forces Squadron); a flexible schedule (relocation on any day of the week at any time at the quoted price), given prior lead-time notice; and a representative of your company available to assist us with office labeling. Price is to include providing and moving three hundred (300) 16" x 12" x 12" or larger boxes for individual office accessories. Boxes are to be delivered not later than 20 days prior to scheduled furniture movement. Note: There is no elevator access to the second floor.
