- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 98,753 rentable square feet, yielding a minimum of 85,872 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, along with 205 covered, reserved, full-size parking spaces in downtown Los Angeles, CA within the following delineated area: N: Temple Street E: Alameda Street S: Olympic Blvd W: Figueroa Street The proposed lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm and shall be fully serviced. For security purposes, offered space must be located on 4th floor or above. Space must be contiguous. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Fire Protection and Life Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) requirements. Any proposals submitted by brokers/ agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building owner. Sub-Leases are not acceptable. The space must be available for occupancy no later than June 11, 2015. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: - Building name/ address - Location of space in the building and the date it will be available - Rentable square feet offered - Common area factor used to determine (RSF) - Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact If you have space that meets or exceeds these requirements, please contact Alejandra Guzman at 213-894-5828.
