- The work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition of the existing wall and floor tile, concrete floor, tile backer board, acoustic ceiling and grid, electrical lighting, countertops, lavatories, water closets, urinals, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, wood doors, and steel stud wall construction; installation of new existing wall and floor tile, concrete floor, tile backer board, acoustic ceiling and grid, electrical lighting, cabinetry and countertops, lavatories, water closets, urinals, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, wood doors, and steel stud wall construction; modifications to fire alarm and sprinkler system, modifications to electrical system, and modifications to mechanical plumbing and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
