- The Department of Labor, Mine Safety & Health Administration, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 (8a set aside) to MEC Development LLC, 312 Main Street, Ste. 400, Newtown, ND 58763-0321, for copier leases for offices spread throughout the United States. This action will result in a fixed price contract. The period of performance will commence on or about April 1, 2012 and end on or about March 31, 2017, if all options are exercised. The NAICS code for this requirement is 532420 with a size standard of $25.0 million dollars. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals and no technical capabilities statements are being requested. Phone calls will not be accepted.
