- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Ohio City: Columbus Delineated Area: North: West Goodale Street South: I-70-71 East: East Broad Street West: I-315 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,048 ABOA (usable) SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,542 RSF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: - All space must be or have the potential to be contiguous - Occupancy is required on or before September 1, 2013. - Agency may not be collocated with law enforcement agencies. Offered space must meet or have the potential to meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain, unless the Government determines that is the only viable option. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) CAD disk with dimensions shown and one-eighth inch scale dimensioned drawing of space offered - showing columns, stairwells, restrooms, windows, paths of egress and any other architectural features of the space. 3) The actual space being offered must be identified with hash marks or some other identifier. 4) CAD disk and/or one-eighth inch scale drawings of typical floor plates for the entire building - including the first floor entrances, exits, egress, etc. that help determine ABAAS, ADA and fire life safety requirements. 5) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 6) Rentable Square Feet Offered 7) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet, if any. 8) Estimated full service rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate. 9) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 10) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 11) In cases where expressions of interest are submitted by brokers/agents, evidence of written authorization to represent the building's ownership. 12) If an Offeror is representing more than one owner, each owner must submit written acknowledgement stating they understand the person offering their space is representing other owners for the same requirement. 13) Name of the building owner.
