- The CNTPO Offeror's Library is open. For Official Use Only (FOUO) information is posted on a limited access Army Knowledge Online (AKO) website titled CNTPO Offeror's Library. - Access will be limited to two personnel from each firm requesting access. - If you already have an army.mil account, please send your army.mil address along with a request for access via email to Patti Ashley at patricia.c.ashley@us.army.mil. - If you do not have an army.mil account, please see the attachment. It provides instructions on how to request an army.mil account. - The Offeror's Library can be accessed at https://www.us.army.mil/suite/files/35073661 - The Offeror's Library is made up of four folders, corresponding to the four functional domains: (1) Operations and Logistics Support, (2) Training Support, (3) Program and Programmatic Support, and (4) Command, Control, Communications, Information, Detection, and Monitoring (C3IDM) Support. - This web address will take you to a page that displays "CNTPO" in bold letters near the top of the screen. Just to the right of "CNTPO," click on the link labeled "Personal and Teams." On the next screen, you will see a folder titled "CNTPO OFFERORS LIBRARY." Click on the folder link, and the next screen will display the four domain folders. Click on a domain folder link, and the next screen will display the individual TORP documents. - PLEASE NOTE: Due to the size of the library, it loads slowly, ie: it can take 2-3 minutes to load. - If you experience any problems getting to the folders, please log completely out, and log back in. This usually corrects any problems. - Please read the Offerors Library Users Guide for helpful information about the Library. - The files in each functional domain folder provide previously awarded task orders that best represents the anticipated effort under the cognizant domain. - You can download the files to your computer by clicking in the box to the left of a TORP title and then clicking on the "Download" link. PLEASE NOTE that the site will only allow you to download one file at a time. - Depending on your computer set-up, you may get a pop-up window at the top of your screen that says "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options." Click the yellow bar, and then click "Download files." The download should then start.
