- FA8620-10-G-3038 00074 This is a pre-solicitation synopsis. The Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) Medium Altitude UAD Division intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. to perform a Logistics Analysis for the MQ-1 Predator Critical Capabilities Program. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the MQ-9 Reaper and MQ-1 Predator systems and has been identified as the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort. The Government does not own full data rights for the system; therefore to avoid duplication costs, the Government intends to award the effort pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. For subcontracting opportunities, interested parties may submit appropriate information to Paula Hodgetts at 858-312-3615, or paula.hodgetts@gat.com. The National Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement action is 336411. Please indicate number of employees relative to the size standard of 750 for determination of small business status.
