Additional information and specs. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a fixed-price, purchase order in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ)-10-12-040-KN. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56.
