FBO ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SELECTION OF UP TO FIVE INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACTS FOR MULTI-DISCIPLINE ARCHITECT- ENGINEERING SERVICES These contracts are being procured in accordance with the Brooks Architect-Engineer (AE) Act as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. These contracts are being 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541330 with a size standard of $14,000,000 average annual receipts over the last three years. A maximum of five (5) Indefinite Delivery Contracts will be awarded to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) various directorates and facilities programs. The contract period of performance shall be five (5) year base period from the date of awards. The total period of performance shall not to exceed five (5) years. The total contract capacity to be shared by all contract awardee(s) will not exceed $25,000,000 for the five year period. The awardee(s)/contactor(s) shall be capable of responding to and working on multiple task orders concurrently. Task orders may be competed between all IDIQ contract holders. The contracts can be used at any of the several DISA sites, either CONUS, or OCONUS. Contracts may be awarded up to one year after selection approval. Contract task orders will be firm-fixed-price. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS PARAGRAPH 4 OF THE FBO ANNOUNCEMENT ARE REQUIRED AND ALL INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE ADHERED TO. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE FORWARDED FOR CONSIDERATION.
