Description
Synopsis: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 633d Contracting Squadron is seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. The proposed award will be a firm fixed-price for Demountable Walls manufactured by DIRTT Environmental Solutions, Inc. for Langley AFB, VA. The mandatory requirements are as follows: • Contractor must be able to provide demountable walls to include 9' 0" AFF DIRTT 2 segment solid wall w/ upholstered (COM) Barney Graymor facbric face tiles. Furniture hang on capability at overhead height. (No brackets) Walls double insulated, insulation to achieve 45 STC (lab test result), ceiling track and all misc gaskets for installation. Single double door butt hinge frame with continuous jamb and buble seal, hinge gaskets. • Contractor must be certified by DIRTT to remove, reconfigure, and install DIRTT walls. • Contractor must have technical ability to install, remove, and reinstall equipment in the demountable walls such as fiber cabling for varying networks, power requirements, and computer equipment • Contractor must provide and install new demountable walls and component parts. • Contractor must be able to complete work in three (3) weeks The expected NAICS code for this procurement is 238390. Any information submitted is voluntary. Request interested firms submit (1) the NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER of the firm (including CAGE code); (2) a summary of their product, (3) their SIZE STATUS. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Responses must be received no later than 13:00 p.m., EST, on 23-Mar-2011 to be considered. Send all responses to Francisco Guzmán, francisco.guzman@langley.af.mil.
