- Statement of Work Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H0R12037A003 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for 30 days after the closing post date. We will accept GSA pricing and any associated discounts. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-57. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711219. There is no set aside for this requirement. The business size standard is $7m. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: CLIN 0001: Provide one P-51 to perform Aerobatic Routine to include a dogfight with a Zero at Offutt AFB Air Show 24 Aug 2012 to 26 Aug 2012 IAW the Statement of Work "or Equal". Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS. PARTIAL BIDS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED AS PARTIAL BIDS. The clause at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition along with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and the clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal also applies to this solicitation. Offers are due by 2:00 p.m. CST Wednesday 18 April 2012. Quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after the closing post date.
