- J&A for this Effort posted IAW FAR 8.405-6(1) ***THIS EFFORT HAS NOW BEEN OFFICIALLY AWARDED.*** IAW FAR 8.405-6(1), the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition is being made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. This Justification is provided as an attachment to this notice. ***CLOSING DATE OF THE SOLICITATION WAS 10 March 2012 1700 (MST).*** This requirement is anticipated to be sole source to: The Clearing, Inc. (DUNS: 828350285) This requirement is a logical follow-on to a previously competed contract for highly specialized services which was never completed. (See FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)). The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition shall be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This requirement is anticipated to 100% Small Business set-aside. This requirement is a commercial requirement. The government will request a Firm Fixed Price proposal.
