- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Farmington Delineated Area: City limits of Farmington, NM Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,531 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,984 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): 9 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 11 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: •A. The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any "hazardous" facilities such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc., as well as railroad lines transporting hazardous material. It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near day care centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers, and social service centers. •B. The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or similar type offices. •C. Facilities that provide underground parking shall have access controlled parking restricted to building tenants only. Facilities with open/general public parking below the proposed building will not be considered. •D. All space shall be contiguous and preferably on the second floor or higher. Space on the first floor will be considered only when no other space is available or if deemed appropriate. Additional security requirements will be required of the first floor space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet offered with floor plan. •3) Estimated full service rental rate with a reference to the amount of tenant improvement allowance that is included in the proposed rate. •4) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
