Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to DHM Design Corp for Final Construction Drawings for Urban Drainage and City of Denver for the Sun Valley Community Park Phase 1 project. Project Startup/ Preplanning Process, Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase, Final Design, Construction Documents and Technical Specifications for Johnson- Habitat Park on the Platte river. Based on a preliminary assessment of the market, EPA has determined DHM Design the only available source for this service. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated below may submit a capability statement, which if received within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing and provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
