Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) medical healthcare service providers, NAICS 621910 Ambulance Services, for Paramedic services to be performed at Fort Drum New York. Service consists of 2 FTE Paramedics. The anticipated period of performance is 1 August 2012 through 30 June 2013 (base year) and includes four (4) option years 1 August 2013 through 30 June 2017. Place of performance will be the Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic, Fort Drum New York, 13602. Interested parties should email Paula Doran, at paula.doran@us.army.mil not later than 4 April 12, 4:00 PM EST. All responses must be via email. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH THAT WILL ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT OF ARMY, NORTHERN REGIONAL CONTRACTING OFFICE, FORT DRUM CELL, PLAN THEIR ACQUISITION STRATEGY.
