Mount Rainier National Park will be soliciting for the following item to be delivered FOB: Destination, Longmire, WA 98397. Line item 001: One (1) new Patch King PK-40HSD portable slide-in or permanent mount plug-in electric heated, auger dispensing asphalt hot box. Brand-name or equal. The minimum requirements shall include an electric heated, reversible discharge auger dispensing asphalt patch box (including an anti-bridging device) to be mounted in/on the bed of a five or six yard dump truck. Two hydraulic operated, hinged and insulated top loading doors. 240V three (3) phase electrical heating system.Capacity: A minimum of four (4) cubic yards asphalt (approx. 6 tons). Empty weight: 380 lbs Dimensions: Length 114"; Width 48" bottom, 84" top; Hight: 54" Door open 76'. Operability: The hot box shall be capable of sustaining 4 cubic yards of asphalt at a working temperature for a minimum of at least ten (10) hours at a temperature range of 50 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Vendor shall list the following product features:Overall length, overall width, height, top loading doors, capacity, weight, heating, electric elements, control panel, discharge auger, selector switch options, anti-bridging device, plug connections/cable assembly, box construction with side and end wall design measurements, insulation, hydraulic system and auger flow rate. Line item 002: Time Clock Panel one (1) each. Line item 003: Asphalt Chute one (1) each. Line item 004: One (1) each companion tack tank:Tack-King TK-120H brand-name or equal companion tank tank.Dimensions: Length 45"; Width 20", Height 56"Dispensing system: Minimum three (3) H.P. motor, pumping 3 GPM under 50 psi.240V three (3) phase electrical heating system.Waterproof electric plug.Motor: hydraulically driven, 400-600 RPM w/ 750 PRM maximum.
