Price Breakout: Labor Category Hourly Rate Project Leader$________ Engineer$________ Sr. Technician$________ Sr. Machinist$________ Technician$________ Machinist$________ The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source purchase order to DVF Corporation, 9455 Earley Drive, Hagerstown, MD 21740. DVF Corporation is the sole source to provide the service needed because they own the design data and processes test procedures, specialized maintenance/calibration apparatus, proprietary schematics and drawings needed to improve the performance and reliability of the facility and the sole source in United States able to provide the services with the knowledge, experience and expertise required. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the Business Size Standard in the size standard in millions of dollars is $7.0. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 8:00 AM Eastern Time, April 4, 2012. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
