This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review the attached Statement of Work. Site Visit: Time: 0900 Location: Building 3312, 108th Wing, New Jersey Air National Guard, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey 08641-5406. Please arrive early at the visitor's center.
