- *Draft Solicitation will be posted. Formal solicitation will be posted as soon as practical* Note to offerors: The project consists of the repair and width increase of a road section in the ASA. Work category : SOA CATEGORY AND CLASSIFICATION: OG3 -III SITE VISIT : The site visit will be held on 04 APRIL 2012 AT 13:00 HRS. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIST: Main gate Camp Darby ( Gate no. 4). Only the persons which have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 05 March 2012 to the following e-mail address: cristina.pancaccini@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the project number and the following information about the person will be present at the site visit: First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Type of Document and Number of Document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the base. We inform you that our computer does not provide prrof of your mail receipt.
