Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 8 to acquire IT support services in support of the United States Marine Corp Installation Command, Washington District of Columbia. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the above services to a small business Accelera Solutions, Inc, Fairfax, VA 22033-4064. GSA Schedule GS-35F-0391P. The Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. DURATION: This requirement will be for a base year plus two (2) one year option periods. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or email request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
