- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY! SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR BEFORE 05 APRIL 2012 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. MICC ICO Fort McCoy intends to issue Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0172 for Custodial Services at Facility IA047 AMSA (5502 Nordic Drive, Cedar Falls, IA 50613); period of performance is 01 May 2012 (or subsequent date) through 30 April 2013 with four (4) one year options. **Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged.
