- Dallas CHP Peer to Peer Review Vendor shall provide all equipment, labor, and material for Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services Technical review of selected design build contractor McCarthy Building Companies Design, Request for Information (RFI), and Material/Equipment submissions. Site Visits will be required for field inspections. Design team disciplines required will include, but are not limited to, Architectural, Civil, Structural, MEP, Registered Fire and Safety Engineers. Vendor Qualifications: 1.Contractor shall have current Architecture/Engineering Licenses in the state of Texas. 2.Contractor shall have a least design one (1) Combined, Heat, and Power System. 3.Contractor shall have at least 10 years of Hospital and Utility Site Design experience. 4.Contractor shall be familiar with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TECQ) air quality regulations and standards. List projects that requirement TECQ Air Quality Permits. 5.Contractor shall be familiar with VA specifications and design criteria. List projects that required heavy site utility installations, steam generation, and natural gas equipment. 6.Contractor shall have at least 10 years of experience with field inspections, testing, and oversight of heavy site utility installations, steam generation, and natural gas equipment. Definitions: Heavy Sites Utilities - High Pressure 50 psi to 100 psi transmission lines or Piping for steam and natural gas. Main and Sub-main transmission line for high voltage electrical cable, Water, sanitary sewer, etc. Peer To Peer Review - The review of construction documents for their compliance within intended scope of work and applicable codes and regulations. Combined Heat, Power System or Cogeneration - is the use of a heat engine or a power station to simultaneously generate both electricity and useful heat. The A/E shall be responsible for the following elements: 1.Review plans and specifications for compliance to contract documents, required building codes, and Architecture/Engineering design standards and principles. 2.Site Visits shall consist of technical review of construction installations, building equipment, and testing of various construction installations and equipment. Performance of Work: 1.Participate in conference calls and project meetings. 2.Review Design Develop (DD), Construction Documents (CD), RFIs, Construction Material, etc. for all required disciplines and provide technical recommendations. 3.Conduct site visits. Site visits shall not exceed the following: Architecture - 10 Structure - 10 MEP -15 Total - 35 Estimated completion time of contract is 630 Calendar Days. Reference Contractor's proposed schedule. Receivables: All reports shall be provided in Micro-Soft Word and/or Excel spread sheet. Meeting Minutes and Site Visit Reports will be required after formal meetings and on-site visits.
