- This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for locating and repairing of leaks in EPDM, Built-Up, Shingle, and other roofing systems located throughout Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA on an on-call basis for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract for two additional one-year periods. Estimated magnitude is between $100,000 - $250,000. NAICS is 238160 (Roofing Contractors), average annual receipts $14.0 Million. Solicitation number W25G1V-12-R-0032 applies. This solicitation, including specifications, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d) and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
