- Description
- This project is whole house revitalization of existing tower housing Bldg, 4309, in Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan. The work is including, but not limited to, miscellaneous repairs, improvements, painting, roofing, plumbing systems, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, fire protection systems, transformer station, interior lighting, electrical power distribution, local area network system, cable television system, telephone system, Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS), Closed Cable Television (CCTV) system, lightning protection system, removal and disposal of materials, clean-up, and related miscellaneous work. The project provides a completed and usable facility. This project contains CLIN 0001 base contract and CLIN 0002 additive bid item-1. CLIN 0001 Base contract includes all design works for base contract and additive bid item-1, and construction work for base contract. CLIN 0002 Additive bid item-1 includes construction work for additive bid item-1. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire work, ready for use, not later than 543 calendar days including the mailing period after the date of award. The time for completion shall include final clean up of the premises. Completion schedule for design preparation is 183 days after date of award and on-site construction shall be completed 360 days after completion of design, total contract term is 543 days.
