Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. State: Pennsylvania City: Boyers Delineated Area: Within the following boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of I 376 & Rt 108, proceed East to Rt 8, including the city limits of New Castle and Slippery Rock. Proceed North on Rt 8 to the point of intersection with Rt 58. Proceed East again to the point of intersection with Parker Pike. Proceed South on Parker Pike to the point of intersection with Rt 268. Proceed South on Rt 268 to the point of intersection with Rt 68. Proceed Southwest on Rt 68, including the city limits of Butler, Evans City and Zelienople, to the point of intersection with I 376. Proceed North on I 376 to the original point. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,432 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 220,582 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1201 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1150 Parking Spaces (Structured): 51 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 51 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 0 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered, available ABOA square feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable, and Owner's name and address and written statement from owner that the representative has legal authority to provide information on the property. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
