Description

NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 23 Contracting Office, Sioux Falls South Dakota has awarded a contract as a sole source requirement to DMS HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES INC, 2101 N. UNIVERSITY DR, FARGO ND 58102-1816, for the below listed requirement. This announcement is published as a sole source pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. DMS HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES INC is the only source that can provide repair services in a timely manner to restore system functions and minimize patient impact. This is not a notice of competitive proposal. The primary objective of this contract order is to provide all labor, parts and all other resources required to repair a Philips BV Pulsera C-Arm Mobile Fluoroscopy System. This contract will enable immediate system restoration and use.
