- REQUEST FOR QUOTES PACKAGE INCLUDING QUOTE SHEET / TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATEMENT OF WORK FOR 5 YEAR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT KIP 7100 SPECIFICATIONS CANON iPF755 SPECIFICATIONS BRAND NAME OR EQUAL FOR PLOTTER/PRINTER AND PLOTTER SCANNER COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION PLOTTER AND SCANNER WITH 5 YEAR FIXED RATE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number WE133M12RQ0316 (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56. (IV) This procurement is unrestricted and open to all sources. The associated NAICS code is 334119 and small business size standard is 1000 employees. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL OF KIP MODEL 7100 MONOCROME COLOR PLOTTER AND SCANNER OR EQUAL; CANON iPF755 COLOR PLOTTER OR EQUAL AS WELL AS A 5 YEAR FIXED RATE SERVICE CONTRACT THAT WILL COVER BOTH MODELS. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: See attached BRAND NAME OR EQUAL SPECIFICATION SHEETS for more details on salient features (3 pages) See attached CANON iPF755 (4 pages) See attached KIP 7100 (2 pages) See attached STATEMENT OF WORK for more details on the requirements for the related 5 year fixed rate service contract (1 page) (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance MARINE OPERATIONS CENTER – PACIFIC MARINE ENGINEERING BRANCH C/O SARA GREENE 2002 SE MARINE SCIENCE DRIVE NEWPORT, OR 97365 Delivery shall be FOB Destination Newport, OR Delivery shall be made within 30 days after award. Delivery shall include equipment delivery, assembly and testing to insure proper function Final destination is the first floor of main building at the above referenced location Single door arctic entryway, no steps (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (February 2012) applies to this acquisition.
