Description
EPP Justification Form Health and Safety Work Sheet Terms and Conditions Representations Certifications Unit Price Schedule Cover Letter Statement of Work Pre-Solicitation Notice with Notice to attend site visit. S.M. Stoller Corporation, Legacy Management support contractor to the Department of Energy, Office of Legacy Management, has a requirement to drill and install six monitoring wells at their Bluewater Title II disposal site, located near Grants, New Mexico. The requirement is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, services and incidentals as indicated in the Statement of Work LMS/BLU/S08769, Monitoring Well Installation at Bluewater, NM, Disposal Site.The wells will be drilled through hard rock such as basalt and limestone, and four of the wells will encounter non-flowing artesian conditions. The subcontractor will be responsible for completing the applicable well records and submitting them to the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer. All drilling and well completion activities will be performed in accordance with the drilling rules and regulations of the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer. The well drilling company will be required to have a license issued by the State Engineer. Drill rig supervisors must also be registered by the State Engineer. The subcontractor shall be knowledgeable of general and local conditions that may affect the cost or quality of the performance of the work, including the ability of the subcontractor's equipment to perform the work. This is a synopsis only; the full solicitation includes specifications, drawings and submittal requirements and will be issued on or about April 5, 2012.
