Description

Job Savvy: Skills for Workplace Success RFQ Job Savvy: Skills for Workplace Success (PK146) is a one-week course designed for Civil Service and Foreign Service Department of State employees serving in a wide variety of support roles. These roles include office managers, administrative support personnel, and program assistants. However, any Department of State employee desiring to take the course is eligible to enroll. The goal of the program is to assist students with development of critical job survival skills to increase productivity, job satisfaction, and job success. Course activities and materials must allow participants to learn, apply, and reinforce the skills of self awareness, setting and achieving goals, lifelong learning, stress and anger management, and self development. Contractor will collaborate with Office Management Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Government Technical Monitor (GTM) to facilitate five days (30 hours) of instruction and practice per session, to include coaching and providing feedback to participants.
