- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and a separate solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67865-12-T-0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 333912 with a size standard of 500 employees. MCAS Miramar, San Diego, CA requires the following new and unused Rotary Screw Air Compressor. The successful offeror must deliver and install to San Diego, CA 92145. The following FAR provisions apply to this RFQ: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items. Offerors shall verify that they are CCR registered, and have met the requirements in accordance with 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Additional provisions and other pertinent information is provided in the attached RFQ. Offerors are required to provide their Contractor's DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. All vendors must have a current Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and willing to register in Wide Area Work Flow for electronic invoicing. Quotes are due no later than 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on 19 April 2012, and shall reference solicitation number M67865-12-T-0013 in the subject line. Quotes can be submitted either via mail, email, or hand delivered. Offers sent via the US Postal system must be mailed to MCAS Miramar Contracting Office, 8671 Obregon Rd, San Diego, CA 92145-2007. Hand delivered offers must be delivered to MCAS Miramar Contracting Office, Bldg 8671, Obregon Rd, San Diego, CA 92145 during weekdays from 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, and excluding federal holidays.
