Description

**The purpose of this modification is to extend the closing date until April 24, 2012 and modify floor mat sizes.** Floor Mat Rental at various locations in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812332 and the business size standard is $35 million. Solicitation VA263-12-Q-0315. The contractor will furnish rubber backed floor mats in various sizes, and provide delivery of clean mats and pick up of used floor mats. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013 and will include four (four) 12 month option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2017. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), VA263-12-Q-0315, will be issued on or about March 1, 2012 with a tentative closing date of April 17, 2012 and will be issued via FedBizOpps electronic posting system at http://www.fedbizops.gov. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. The anticipated award date will be April 15, 2012. This procurement is listed as Unrestricted. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site regularly to obtain amendments. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. Offers, including options, shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency, and satisfactory past performance. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. Award will be made utilizing a combination of FAR part 12, 13 and 15 award procedures. Requests must include company name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers of the requester, e-mail address, Dunn and Bradstreet number and business size. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) Database in order to obtain access in FedBizOpps.
