Description

The Government's intent is to issue an IDIQ contract with a base plus four option years. SCOPE OF WORK: The USDA Forest Service, Columbia Basin Job Corps, requires linen supply weekly. Clean linen is to be delivered weekly and soiled linen is to be picked up weekly. Columbia Basin Job Corps will have a count of each item that is picked up and the vendor will sign for those items. The vendor will deliver linens to Columbia Basin Job Corps Center. Items and Estimated Weekly Quantities: Terry Bar Towels - 140; Terry Grill Towels - 12; Hot Pads - 30; Linen Napkins - 60; White Table Cloths (70x70) - 25; White Table Cloths (52x114) - 30; and White Table Cloths (85x85) - 20. LOCATION, TYPE, AND FREQUENCY OF SERVICE: Columbia Basin Job Corps Center, 6739 24th St. Moses Lake, WA 98837. Pick-up and delivery will be made to the Food Services and Culinary Arts Building, Building Number 2401, on a weekly basis. MATERIAL: Contractor will provide culinary linen supply to Columbia Basin Job Corps Center. PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE: Contractor will pick up and deliver linen on a weekly basis. The day of pick up and delivery will be coordinated between the Contractor Representative and the COR. Expedited and/or additional linen supply may be requested. The request will be coordinated between the Contractor Representative and the COR.
