Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement to purchase a Q-MATIC OR EQUAL DEVICE to track patient wait times to diminish the actual amount of time a patient has to wait for their medications. The solicitation is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL, and an Equal will be considered. The resulting purchase will be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. The Solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued on 4/18/2012 with responses due on 4//30/2012, at 11:00 am Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFQ shall provide a written response by e-mail by the due date indicated on the Solicitation. Only written responses received by the due date will be accepted.
