- Form 1413 - Debarment Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, FAR Flow Down Clauses Contract THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Del-Jen, Inc. /Kittrell Job Corps Center is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide service in Food Service Refrigeration Repair for our center. NAICS Code - 811310 - Refrigeration Repair A qualified vendor will be •· Registered with the Central Contractors Registration Website (CCR) •· Hold a limited liability policy at a minimum of $1,000,000. A qualified bid will •· Submit a proposal on company letterhead, price breakdown by an hourly rate, prices should hold until May 31 st 2013. Materials lists will be provide on a job by job basis and determined at either the Center's expense or a turn key job. •· Acknowledge acceptance of the attached contract. •· Acknowledge acceptance of the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and applicable FAR Flow Down Clauses. •· Completed form 1413, written statement from the subcontractor at the time of subcontract award, the firm or its principals were not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the Government.
