- Description
- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 (Eastern Orbit) has a requirement for T21 Video Production services for the VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. The NAICS code is 512110 with a size standard of $29.5 Million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for award to Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business in accordance with PL 109-461. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and services necessary to produce two (2) T21 video productions. CLIN 0001 is to produce training video to 'Promote Primary Care Provider Training in Medication Reconciliation' and CLIN 0002 is to produce video 'Promoting Exceptional Accomplishments of the Transformational Patient-Centered Alternatives to Institutional Extended Care T21 Pilots.' CLIN 0001 must be completed within 90 days after contract award and CLIN 0002 must be completed within 120 days after contract award. CLIN 0002 will require on-site shooting sessions in Portland, OR, White River Junction, VT, Indianapolis, IN, Bay Pines, FL and Columbia, SC. Offers from other than service-disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on Technical Factors, Past Performance and Price in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the solicitation. All offerors are advised that any questions must be submitted in written form to the Contracting Officer via email to Karen.Munroe@va.gov and shall be received no later than ten (10) workdays before Proposal Due Date or March 9, 2012. Request for Proposal will be available on or about February 17, 2012; due date for receipt of offers is March 9, 2012, 2:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is March 23, 2012.
