Description

As referenced in Section L, offerors may request access to the TALONS database through the Procuring Contracting Officer. Upon approval, offerors will be given access to the government internet accessible, password protected, and read-only government furnished property database. Available government furnished property inventory will be made viewable through the online "TALONS" web site. The MDA contracting officer will approve request for access to TALONS. Request for access will require: the name of individual, last 4 of SSN, and email address. The TALONS POC will provide a DD Form 2875 to be completed by user and returned, via email/pdf, to JR Contreras, MDA/DT/TC/DPLO Property Officer (PO) and TALONS Information Owner, for approval. Once approved, "Read Only" access will be granted for a period of sixty (60) days from date of access granted notification.
