- THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE PROCUREMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 1 Consolidated Contracting Activity, intends to issue a Request for Proposal to award a single firm fixed price contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for Site Prep For Urology Endosuite as described in the solicitation specifications and drawings. This project will be located at VAMC Togus, 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330-6796 The RFP solicitation with all pertinent documents will be published to www.FBO.gov on or about May 10, 2012. All respondents must be registered in the CCR database at (http://www.ccr.gov) and also be verified by the VA's Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) at the time of submission of offer and at time of award located at (http://vetbiz.gov). Vendors must also complete the online representations and certifications at (http://orca.bpn.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on www.FBO.gov and all parties must obtain copies of the amendments thru this website. Hard copies of any documents will not be mailed. Interested parties must go into website and be entered on the Interested Vendor List or to obtain copies of the Interested Vendor List. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to maureen.jackson@va.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. A pre-proposal/site visit will be announced in the solicitation documents. The date for receipt of offers will be announced in the solicitation documents. Electronic proposals will only be accepted. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Cost range is between: $500,000 to $1,000,000
