This amendment is posted to make the following corrections to the proposed price schedule. 1.The following statement is changed from "Preventive maintenance MRI Trailer" to "Perform Quarterly MRI Trailer Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services per SOW." 2.The estimated dates of service are corrected to read May15th thru May14th for the base year and each of the option years. 3.Please replace the Proposed Price Schedule with the version contained in this amendment.
