- SPM7M612R0011 NSN: 5961-01-165-4004 This acquisition is a 1-G full and open competition. There is no QPL/QML involved. The vendor must provide traceability to the source identified on their quote in accordance with the traceability STO. STO information must be included at time of providing quote. The intent is to award an indefinite quantity type contract for a one year base and One (1) option year. Delivery is 210 days. FOB is Destination/Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. See solicitation for specific requirements. Various increments solicited: First price range is 54 to171 each. Second price range will be 172 to 289 each; Third price range will be 290 to 407 each, Fourth price range will be 408 to 738 each. For base year and one (1) option year. Solicitation will be available for download on the Internet at https: //www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue date, hard copies of this solicitation are not available. For questions on the content of the solicitation contact the primary point of contact. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Note 26 states based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available at https: //www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue date of May 09, 2012. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
