Description
56 - The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office is soliciting quotations to provide 100 Tons of RM 90 Cold Mix Asphalt to the Choctaw - Transportation Office, Philadelphia MS 39350. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is A12PS00914, which is issued as a Request for Quotation. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for contract award. Successful contractor must be in close proximity to the Agency, as there will be multiple deliveries during performance of the resultant order as scheduled by the Agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-56. This acquisition is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 423320 and a small business size standard of $100 employees. The Government reserves the right to award to other than a small business if no acceptable offer is received from a small business. This RFQ contains one (1) line item to include all materials and transportation for 100 tons of delivered Asphalt and include a price per delivered ton. Contractors will be required to schedule deliveries with the BIA representative and be able to deliver no later than two days after requested by the BIA Choctaw representative. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, and 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluations factor will be Price only. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Offeror's proposals shall include the following: 1. A price to complete the job.2. Past performance information including a minimum of two recent customers and a CURRENT name and phone number of a point of contact at that job location.3. Specifications for the product proposed4.
