Description

1. Project Description BIA Office of Facilities Management and Construction (OFMC) has identified a need to repair the cause of electrical system overloading and circuit breaker tripping at the Hopi Agency Detention Center, Building 700. Due to serious and immediate threat to the occupants of the Detention Center, repair measures must be implemented to protect the building and occupants from fire and workplace accidents, and protect electrical equipment from unplanned power outages. 2. Location Hopi Agency Detention Center is located on the Hopi Indian Reservation at mile marker post 396 approximately 7 miles west of Keams Canyon, Arizona on State Highway 264. 3. Scope of Services Contractor shall furnish sufficient technical, supervisory, and administrative personnel to ensure the expeditious accomplishment of the work. Contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, investigations, studies, and travel required in connection with this project. The contactor shall repair the serious overload of the electrical system due to modernization of equipment and install additional receptacles and dedicated circuits as needed.
