- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) is seeking sources capable of performing the requirements necessary for on-site repair and maintenance support of air handling equipment and automatic control systems located at the Montlake Laboratory Campus in Seattle. The intent of this notice is to identify small business interested/capable parties to provide the services described within this notice: The requirement encompasses the following work: The contractor will provide service and maintenance of all air handling equipment and all automatic control systems. Contractor shall respond for HVAC nuisance, failures and trouble calls during the normal work days with 24/7 on call services available. Equipment is located in 3 buildings. Majority of equipment to be maintained was installed at the time the building was construction in 1964. Contract performance will be a base period of one year, with four option periods of one year. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 and the small-business size standard is 7 million. This request for information does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise that any procurement action that may be issued for the Government's requirements related onsite operational and maintenance support. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified.
